Shipping & Returns
We provide a 30-day refund policy for all of our products. If you require a refund, you must email us within 30-days of your purchase date to be eligible for the refund. All refunds must be shipped back in their original packing and must contain all parts that were in the original package. Shipping and insurance -enough to cover the purchase price – is the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the status of your refund or exchange.
If you did not insure the returned package or did not purchase enough insurance and the package arrives damaged, it will be your responsibility to pay for the damage occurred.
If your purchase arrives damaged:You must let us know within 24 hours whether your purchase arrived with any damage. We only have one day to file a claim with the carrier and, if we cannot file and get reimbursed for the damage, we cannot refund or replace your purchase – no exceptions.

To complete your return:
- Please carefully package the item in its original packaging or in a sturdy cardboard box, just as we did when we sent it to you.
- Call or email us to let us know that you are returning your purchase. When you contact us, please also indicate if you are exchanging the item because it was damaged when it arrived.
- We suggest that you insure the item against loss since it’s a small cost to insure, which will help both of us.
